Job Description - Manager/ In-charge - Warehouse
Core Responsibilities:

AREAS |
KEY DUTIES |
|
Warehouse Operation: |
Overseas day to day warehouse operations including inventory management, material handling, receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch; |
|
Inventory Control: |
Monitor stocks levels , coordinate with procurement team to avoid shortages / over-stocking, ensure accurate stock records; |
|
Goods Movement: |
Maintain GRN, Goods Issue for sales / production, stock transfers and inventory adjustments; |
|
Invoicing: |
Create and process invoices/DC’s in SAP; |
|
Documentation: |
Maintain Documentation for all warehouse transactions PO’s GRN’s, Delivery Challans, and Invoices; |
|
Logistics: |
Deal with our transport channel partner -: To Ensure Industry standard TAT, Optimized Logistics Cost, Well Planned Delivery Schedules; |
|
Commercial MIS: |
Preparation and publish all commercial related dashboard reports; |
|
Packaging |
Well verse with Safe packaging of Heavy Instruments (Sea Worthy) & also delicate scientific instruments |
Required SAP Knowledge :
Ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of work experience in SAP Environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Must-have Proficiency in Warehouse Management in SAP Environment;
- Must-have: Proficiency in SAP invoicing processes;
- Strong knowledge of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and PO matching;
- Coordinate with production, purchase, dispatch, and finance teams;
- Proactive, organized, eye for detail, data analysis skills;
- Real-time stock visibility and inventory tracking;

MIGO – Goods movement (GR/GI)
VA01 – Create Sales Order
VL02N – Outbound delivery creation/change
VF01/VF02 – Invoice creation/change
MI01/MI04 – Physical inventory
ME21N/ME22N – Purchase order
Note :This role requires strong integration knowledge between warehouse operations and SAP financial processes, particularly invoicing accuracy for GST compliance.
