Government Liaison & Stakeholder Management

1. Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies.
2. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, procurement officers, and department heads.
3. Stay updated on government policies, regulations, and initiatives impacting the industry.

Sales & Business Development

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market penetration in the government sector.
2. Identify and qualify leads, respond to RFPs, and participate in tendering processes.
3. Pitch products/services tailored to government needs and negotiate contracts.
4. Channel developments and Management for growing market coverage.

Tender & Procurement Management

1. Lead e-tendering and forward auction processes.
2. Work across platforms like GeM, GEPNIC, MSTC, Tenderwizard, and others.
3. Ensure compliance to PQC (Pre-Qualification Criteria)

Technical & Strategic Expertise

1. Understand core technologies of IPE (Air Quality) & Water Monitoring Systems (AQMS, CEMS) and their relevance to government use cases.
2. Should be able to present to customer HORIBA products and service independently.
3. Capability of handling team and driving the results.
