HORIBA India is proud to announce its outstanding achievement at the Asia BlackJack Cup 2025, held at HORIBA Taiwan on 29 October 2025. Our team has successfully secured the Silver Award, showcasing excellence in innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

A special congratulations to Mr. Shashikant Kinge from the Energy & Environment Team (Pune Plant) for earning this prestigious recognition and securing a place at the BlackJack World Cup in Japan this December. 🏆 Awarded BJ Project Title: Manufacturing Process Improvement for Vulcan (Chassis Dyno) Roller
Objective: Enhance the manufacturing process of dynamometer rollers by correcting the balancing methodology.
Impact Highlights:
- Quality: Reduced vibration from >1 mm/sec to <1 mm/sec
- Efficiency: Eliminated 4–5 repeated assembly/disassembly cycles
- Time: Minimized production delays, improving project timelines
