HIN Organized Blossoms 2025 - An Export Conclave

HORIBA India Private Limited (HIN) organized its annual export conclave - Blossoms 2025 at HIN Nagpur Facility from March 17-19, 2025 which brought together its business partners from Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives and Sri Lanka on a single platform in a hybrid mode to discuss about the current business scenario at each neighboring country of HORIBA's operation and prospects of growth and development.

The export conclave took a kickstart with introduction to HORIBA and its operations in India and South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) and an overview about its business expansion over the years. Dr. Rajeev Gautam – Senior Corporate Officer of HORIBA Ltd., Japan (HOR, Japan) and President, HIN delivered a motivating presidential address which highlighted the key areas of business expansion in SAARC, its strategy and way forward. 

This prestigious event was graced by virtual keynote address by Arnaud Pradel – President and Chairman of HORIBA ABX SAS (HMFR, France) and Tatsuo Komatsu – General Manager of Distribution and Dx Division of HOR which motivated the business partners toward further succession possibilities.

The event was further followed with an insightful presentation on “HORIBA Overview & Export Vision 2028” by Varun Bhardwaj – Head Export Business (All Group fields) of HIN. Since, HIN’s Bio and Healthcare business has gained significant milestones amongst SAARC, a potential of HORIBA Bio and Healthcare Business and product portfolio was presented to the business partners by Dr. PK Soju – Group Field Officer for Bio and Healthcare group field of HIN.

The program also included a Nagpur Facility walk-around for our business partners to envision the making and import of products happening in this facility followed by the launch of Make-in-India products including Yumizen D20 Digital Morphology Analyzer, Yumizen H500E/H550 Hematology Analyzer, Microsemi CRP, Yumizen C600 Automated Clinical Chemistry Analyzer, RAL Stainer and RAL Stainbox followed by its demonstrations by the product managers.

Day 2 of this export conclave began with overview, product portfolio and potential business expansion in the group fields of Energy and Environment and Materials and Semiconductor which was driven by Mani IyerField Officer of Water Business of HIN; Kunal Soni – Head of Environment Business of HIN and Mani Rajesh – National Sales Manager for Semiconductor Solutions and Materials Industry of HIN respectively.

It was imperative for the HIN team to hear from the Country Managers and Business Partners from each country, therefore a team presentation from each business partner including Techno Biomed Pvt. Ltd., Axis Medibiz Pvt. Ltd., Maxim Incorporation, Japlan Holdings (Pvt) Ltd., Healthcare Diagnostic Solutions Ltd., Joy and 3 Stars Pvt. Ltd. and AllyTech Corporation Ltd. including the country managers from Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh was done containing the prospects of growth, current challenges and areas of improvement in the way forward.

The discussion concluded with a Seal the Deal program which fetched business for the Make-in-India products of HIN through business partners across SAARC which was driven by Dr. PK Soju.

The event came to an end with an Award Distribution Ceremony for exemplary business performance of each business partner in the previous year, felicitation, gratitude and Joy and Fun moments with the Business Partners of HIN SAARC business who help us elevate the business in the neighboring countries.

These two days of engagement were filled with immense enthusiasm, Joy and Fun !
