HORIBA India successfully hosted the inaugural edition of EMBARK – New HORIBARIANs Orientation Program on 24-25 September 2025 at the Head Office in New Delhi. This two-day immersive experience marked a meaningful beginning for our newest team members, blending culture, business insights, and community spirit.
With energy, curiosity, and openness, our new HORIBARIANs embraced the journey, connecting with HORIBA’s values and diverse business segments. The program was curated to foster belonging, clarity, and confidence as they step into their roles.
The sessions were enriched by the messages of Dr. Rajeev Gautam (Senior Corporate Officer – HORIBA Ltd., Japan and President – HORIBA India), HORIBA India Leadership Team, ExLTs, and segment presenters who shared their expertise and stories in the hybrid mode. Their thoughtfully crafted presentations offered valuable insights into HORIBA India’s dynamic landscape.
Behind the scenes, our IT, CCO, and Admin teams ensured a seamless experience—from logistics and tech support to hospitality and branding. Their dedication made the event truly memorable.
